Kenneth Hines is a retired GP from East London, now living in rural Lincolnshire.
Formerly a very active immediate care doctor with the charity BASICS, he has a very strong interest in emergency and disaster planning.
While self isolating, he started to write a daily summary during the first UK lockdown. This has been shared widely on Social Media around the world.
As a result of these posts he has become joint recipient of ICPEM’s Award of Excellence.
